Happy Mothers Day to all the mums in the world!
What beautiful weather we are having. It really makes ya appreciate the little things in life..
My little girl made me the sweetest little card ever. I love my little guys to bits!!
You will find a couple of nice Mothers Day verses on my blog you never know you might get a little
insiration from them.
Its nice to tell our mums how much we love and appreciate them every now and then.
I will be working tomorrow, but heres to all you hard working mums…..

Thought as its Mothers Day soon I’d write a few nice messages.
Its nice to feel apreciated one in a while..

Why God made Mums, God created Mums from angels up above,
and sent them down to Earth to cherish and to love…..

Many people walk in and out of our lives, but Mothers leave
their footprints  in our hearts……

From my first little heartbeat and my first breath of air, Mum I
thank you for always being there….

You gave so much to me, you thought me how to be, words could
not express just what you mean to me……  

Through the good and bad journeys within this land , Mum you’ve

I am still in shock looking at this performance.
This is JoJo at the age of 8 performing Aretha Franklin’s chain of fools.
I still can’t pick my jaw up shes just unbelieveable ….

Oh my god..I am still drooling after seeing these babies, I think these Kahn black mist alloy wheels are absolutely animal!
If I had these on my car you would never get me out of it, I guess wouldn’t mind  the car either =)
Although I’d probably be saving for a life time for the wheels alone as they cost around €7000. per wheel.
I think they are superb looking……

A bit of the old with the new, This will be huge check out Imelda May’s Johny got a boom boom,
her voice is absolutely superb and she looks amazing too. Imelda is from Dublin the Liberties in fact!!
Just another great voice from our town!!! I’m really enjoying her stuff at the moment!!! =D

Some tasty treats for Pancake Tuesday..
For as long as I can remember we always had Pancakes
with lemon juice and Sugar, or if we were lucky we would get some Jam too.

Basic Pancake Recipe
********************

200g flour (plain)
300ml milk
200ml mineral water
2 eggs
pinch of salt
50ml oil

Method
********

Using a large bowl mix the flour milk eggs and salt and water 
until you have a smooth paste. Then add the oil whisk until you have a creamy batter.
For best results leave the pancake mix for about an hour to set.
Then stick your apron on and hope for the best lol!!
Using a non stick pan..heat a small bit of oil until its sizzling then slightly lower the heat.
Using a ladle pour the mix into the pan enough to make an average 5inch round pancake.
Cook until the pancakes are dry around the edges then turn and cook until they are golden brown.

Fillings

My favourite has to be Nutella and Banana filling its so yummy a real treat for the kids too!

What you need
**************

1 large tablespoon of Nutella.
1 Banana sliced thinly

Smooth the Nutella around one side of the Pancake and simply top with the Banana..
MMMM delicious!!

Another treat is the Strawberries and Cream filling.

What you need
**************

100ml of Whipped Cream
1 tablespoon of Strawberry Jam
100g of fresh Strawberries (cut in halves)
pinch of Cocoa Powder

Smooth the Jam around one side of the Pancake. Allow it to cool before topping it with
2 spoons of whipped cream then finish off with the Strawberries and sprinkle the Cocoa powder on top…
If you have no Cream a spoon of Vanilla Ice-cream is a good substitute!!!

My older sister was on a maternal visit in the Coombe Women’s hospital last Wednesday. Nothing much has changed, still the same dreaded long queues.
I’d so hate to be back there again, especially now and if its not bad enough that your waiting ages to be seen by a doctor, now you can’t even get a seat. 
My sister was absolutely appalled when she witnessed men who were waiting on their partners, sitting comfortably in the seats supposedly allocated for the pregnant women waiting to be seen. 
Why on earth doesn’t anybody open their mouths anymore??????
If I were there I’m sure I would have been dragged out by security for whooshing the lot of them up.
I don’t understand why people just sit back and swallow.

The Autumn is here already and if your anything like this girl, you will be eager to fill you wardrobes with lots of comfy warm and of course fashionable clothes.
I love to mix a bit of old with the new, it makes your outfit totally different to the girls next door, yet still stylish at the same time.
I also love to add bits and pieces to tops and dresses and lace to the sleeves of jackets, this year is seeing a lot of black lace and Gothic collars, it looks really good.
Big accessories, fingerless gloves and both ankle and over the knee boots are a must have. Tunics worn over trousers create a great long and lean silhouette. I love waist clenching clothes for the ultra feminine look.
This year is bringing a lot of purples, reds and the aul reliable black. Ski pants are back too, well did you ever think you would see them again?? Macs are big aswell this year, reds animal print and patent leather….I love clothes and fashion, but it can be quite expensive keeping up with the latest trends.
I find Stores like Awear and Zara fairly reasonable and you will always find a bargain in Penney’s be it hats and scarfs, belts or even tights you’ll find their stuff very trendy and extremely affordable.

Just a short update on my Vibro Plate efforts hehe, after doing twenty sessions of ten minutes on the Vibro Plates I honestly did notice a difference, they saved me so much time and they actually do work. But I had one teeny problem, I got a few tread veins on my legs soooo not good!!! My poor legs =(
I reckon the pressure of the vibrations causes them. I knew it was too good to be true, although I must have ran at least half of the clients out of the salon with my beautiful singing voice, haha they must have thought they were on a farm lol.
So unfortunately for me its back to the gym for a real workout!! …ooh any excuse for  a bit of eye candy!!
