Flowers
I really don’t like giving out, but I have to say this country is an absolute rip off! Totally overcharging everywhere…
I was appalled with the flowers available for Mothers Day. Especially the big supermarkets eg. Superquinn were charging outrageously for a bunch of flowers that were minimal and cheap looking. Even Lidl and Aldi have put up their prices it didn’t take long! I was even in shock of the cost of a bunch of daffodils honestly everything is about making money in this country. Its very unfair putting people under pressure like that. Mothers Day is about appreciation, and love not making money of children who are trying to show their mothers what they mean to them. And yes my Mother is worth a million bunches of 50 euro flowers but id rather put it in her pocket than the pockets of the outrageously overcharging shops in Ireland!
My children made me a bunch of flowers that ill have forever!
