			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just a short update on my <a title="vibro plates" href="http://www.vibropowerplates.ie/" target="_blank"><strong>Vibro Plate</strong></a> efforts hehe, after doing twenty sessions of ten minutes on the Vibro Plates I honestly did notice a difference, they saved me so much time and they actually do work. But I had one teeny problem, I got a few tread veins on my legs soooo not good!!! My poor legs =(<br />
I reckon the pressure of the vibrations causes them. I knew it was too good to be true, although I must have ran at least half of the clients out of the salon with my beautiful singing voice, haha they must have thought they were on a farm lol.<br />
So unfortunately for me its back to the gym for a real workout!! &#8230;ooh any excuse for  a bit of eye candy!!</p>

So of course I did a bit of investigating last week only to discover that Madonna uses them and has been for years, seemingly its meant to be a lot more effective than a regular workout. As usual you find good and bad critics but hey Ill give them a go for a while at least if they don&#8217;t burn the Cal&#8217;s off..I can laugh them off =)</p>
